ABOUT
The MA in Legislative Affairs (MPPL) has as its mission and foremost objective the training of qualified professionals with research and knowledge production skills in legislative studies. The students can effectively intervene in complex problems of the institution by using advanced, innovative, and transforming practices into work processes. The MPPL dialogues with the daily realities and challenges of the Legislative Power, contributing to its improvement, to the democratic process and to meeting the demands of society.

As used in the definition of the concentration area and research lines, the term Legislative Power refers to the role of the State and the institutions that carry it out in the first place. This definition encompasses both the political processes inherent to the Legislative Branch and its institutional and organizational actions.

The MPPL was authorized by the Portaria MEC No. 1331 (November 8th, 2012).

CONOCE EL MPPL
La Maestría en Poder Legislativo (MPPL) tiene como misión y objetivo primordial la formación de profesionales calificados con capacidad de investigación y producción de conocimiento en estudios legislativos. Los estudiantes pueden intervenir eficazmente en problemas complejos de la institución mediante el uso de prácticas avanzadas, innovadoras y transformadoras en procesos de trabajo. El MPPL dialoga con las realidades y desafíos cotidianos del Poder Legislativo, contribuyendo a su mejoramiento, al proceso democrático y a la satisfacción de las demandas de la sociedad.

Tal como se utiliza en la definición del área de concentración y líneas de investigación, el término Poder Legislativo se refiere al rol del Estado y de las instituciones que lo llevan a cabo en primer lugar. Esta definición engloba tanto los procesos políticos inherentes al Poder Legislativo como sus acciones institucionales y organizativas.

El MPPL fue autorizado por la Portaria MEC No. 1331 (8 de noviembre de 2012).
