Presidente da CREDN assina Declaração inédita com Comissão análoga do Knesset
Com a assinatura da declaração bilateral, o deputado Eduardo Bolsonaro mostra, mais uma vez, que a sua gestão à frente da CREDN está pautada pela inovação e pela proatividade, na busca do pragmatismo nas relações com parceiros estratégicos para o desenvolvimento do nosso País. Além disso, prova que a diplomacia parlamentar pode e deve ser pilar importante da inserção internacional do Brasil, em consonância com os ditames constitucionais, especialmente aqueles inscritos no artigo 4º da Carta Magna pátria.

Joint Statement
ON PROMOTING INTER-PARLIAMENTARY COOPERATION
BETWEEN THE COMMITTEE ON FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND NATIONAL DEFENSE OF THE CHAMBER OF DEPUTIES OF THE FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC OF BRAZIL
AND THE
FOREIGN AFFAIRS AND DEFENSE COMMITTEE OF THE KNESSET
OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL
The Committee on Foreign Affairs and National Defense of the Chamber of Deputies of the Federative Republic of Brazil and the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee of the Knesset of the State of Israel, hereinafter referred to as "the Committees",
Based on historically friendly relations between the peoples of Brazil and Israel,
Recognizing their common interest in strengthening and extending inter-parliamentary cooperation with a view to further developing the relations between the Committees
Subject to the legislation of the States of the Committees;
Have declared as follows:
1. The Committees may contribute to strengthening their ties on issues under their jurisdiction such as foreign policy of the State, its armed forces, and its security.
2. The Committees may, to the extent of their authority, promote parliamentary cooperation through dialogue and consultation on matters within their competence.
3. The Committees may exchange information on documents of mutual interest, on legislative activities, best practices in the law-making process and on official publications.
4. With a view to further developing inter-parliamentary ties, the Committees may, to the extent of their authority practice the exchange of visits of delegations, promote closer interactions between them and Members of their respective Parliaments, and also further cooperation in other fields mutually agreed upon.
5. The Committees may consult each other on global issues of mutual interest including issues related to international fora within their competence.
